At the hut, 22 rooms and 34 campsites are waiting to be occupied by hikers. Hearty hut delicacies such as handmade dumplings, hearty cheese specialities or home-baked bread ensure that you won't want to leave. However, if you are drawn further up into the breathtaking heights of the Rottenmanner Tauern, you can hike from the Stein am Mandl to the Hochhaide and tackle the Großer Bösenstein via the Jägerscharte. But be careful: challenging!
